In the movie Deep Impact, we've all seen Deep Impact; the meteorite is predicted to strike September 22nd, but the lotto numbers in the movie are September 23rd or just 9-23.

Now, in the movie Evan Almighty, the date of the flood is September 22nd. In the movie Knowing, earth is destroyed in a solar flare that lasts from September 22nd to September 23rd. Again, remember it all depends on what part of the world you're in. In the movie Little Shop of Horrors, another classic, the existence of humans is threatened by an event on September 23rd. On the TV program NCIS, it's a cop show (I hate them, but it's popular).
